You can register for our Balance Tai QiQong class by filling the below form. At our Balance Tai QiQong Class, you have a whole lots of benefits to enjoy. This exercise program can improve your health, and well-being and also aid a state of mental and physical serenity. People of all genders, ages and fitness levels are welcome to attend our yoga/tai chi/qigong class. These classes support your overall wellness and can help you manage a chronic condition or recuperate from surgery through gentle movement, mindful awareness, breathing and meditation.

We meet at 10am for an hour on the beach in front of Plunge Restaurant 1900 E Ocean Blvd (Cherry and Ocean) in Long Beach. 

Donations of $20 to my non-profit 501c 8 Ways to Happiness can be made here or at class.
