PowerChi formerly known as Balance Tai Qi Qong aka Chinese Yoga or Slow Dancing with a Friendly Universe is a moving meditation practice that promoted inner Peace, one breath at a time. It’s a blend of Ancient Wisdom and New Thought Practice, 18 moves combining Yang school Short form Tai Chi (oldest form of martial art),  it’s health-focused cousin Qi Qong and then overlaid with New Thought principles to balance all health vortices body mind spirit and soul! Created and taught by Dr. Marissa Pei, this 28 minute video will guide you through the exercise in an easy to learn and follow format. The only rule is no Critical Thinking...of self!
